The film is about the situation in the 60s and 70s in some neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro. Little kids that are growing up with the crime in their daily life and how they are bound to a specific fate: to die by some intended or unintended bullet. Among these, there is a kid that has a different view of life from the very beginning and he is trying to get away with it. The movie shows several aspects of Rio with the beautiful and the ugly corners of it. It becomes at times boring with the violence and the not so well thought dialogues but I believe it is a film worth being watched.
