It is about a prisoner in the future, who is promised to be left free if he goes back to the past and gather information about the disease that caused the extinction of mankind. One of the best actings of Bruce Willis, whereas Brad Pitt proves once more his incredible gift to make another second leading role "take off". The direction was done by Terry Gilliam. The scenario is a bit cliche, it has a few holes, but nevertheless manages to keep the spectator nailed to his chair throughout the whole movie. I can't believe, I hadn't watched this movie until now.
