The well - known film of 1987 tries to narrate the situation between an ambitious stock market broker and an investor at the time and the games the one plays behind the back of the other. Crime scene is the stock market of the Wall Street. A film by Oliver Stone that could have been a bit smaller than 126 minutes according to the events it presents. At times it really became boring. Maybe it is simply too slow for the present time. Background is the city of New York and the main characters, Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen are really giving two very good performances. Daryl Hannah is the woman between the two.
