An old policeman who is now a pimp loses his prostitutes because a maniac is killing them. This time the pimp is trying to find out what is hidden behind this maniac. On the other hand, his attempt to find justice is slowed down by the internal problems of the police and the political scene. The film is very exciting untill the last minute and the spectator hates the bad guy every minute more and more. The direction of Hong-jin Na is relatively good and the performance of Yun-seok Kim is something that should definitely be praised. At times it becomes very raw but never too much.
