The idea is very good. A guy finds a map to an island where life goes on out of the standards of the rest of the world. He and two strangers he just met go there and let their weaknesses reveal the weaknesses of this extraordinary society. Leonardo di Caprio in the early years of his carreer. His acting not more than mediocre. Beautiful scenery and some exciting moments but nothing more. Somewhen in the middle of the film, the spectator thinks that he is playing a low quality video game. Not very inspired by the director. This is a book that was made into a movie. I suggest you better read the book!!
