I imagine that somebody went to several different directors and said: "I want to create an act that could take place somewhere in ny; on the road, at the park, in a bar, at the train, at night, in the morning, anywhere...just give me something! The same somebody took all these stories bound them together and made a movie out of them. Among the short plays you will recognize several well-known, tallented and untalented actors, as well as the work of very good directors. It took me sometime during the movie to get into the game, but after I was in it, I really enjoyed the movie. Nothing so marvelous but watch it! Especially recommended to New York fans.
