This one is about the attempt of Roman Polanski to turn the well-known story of Charles Dickens into a movie. I will not talk about any deviations from the actual story. It is approached in a respectable way, gives a good idea of England at that time, the behaviors of the people, the inequalities and, generally, it excites the interest of the spectator. The acting of the kid could be better but the one of Ben Kingsley is definitely compensating. It is definitely worth watching, especially for children.
