Fargo (1996)

The innovation in the script is definitely there in this movie. The son-in-law of a rich man pays some "professionals" to kidnap his wife and the ransom will be split. However, something goes wrong and this is where the police criminal drama starts. I have seen several such films and, honestly, I have seen better than this. The acting didn't convince me and the suspense of the movie never really had a peak. Some nice fully-snowed landscapes in Minnesota. Apart from this, just a normal police criminal movie that makes me wonder why some people consider it the best movie of the Coen brothers.
